Kabir Singh and Arjun Reddy director Sandeep Reddy Vanga faced major heat on social media following the release of these two films as netizens accused him of promoting domestic abuse. However, both films went on to become major Box Office successes. Now, on January 1, Vanga announced that his next film would be titled Animal and would star Ranbir Kapoor, Parineeti Chopra and Anil Kapoor. There were rumours earlier that Ranbir Kapoor would be paired opposite Sara Ali Khan but Filmfare is now reporting that besides Parineeti Chopra, the second lead actress is set to be Tripti Dimri who shot to fame post her starring role in Netflix’s hit film, Bulbbul.
According to Filmfare, Tripti Dimri has auditioned for the role and the makers of the film were quite impressed with the actress.
