It wasn’t long ago that actress Sara Ali Khan revealed on Koffee With Karan that she had a crush on Kartik Aaryan. Since then she’s gone on to speak about it during multiple interviews and a video had surfaced on social media which showed Ranveer Singh introducing Aaryan to Khan. Of course, it’s all fun and games and netizens loved Khan’s candid attitude and relatability.

Or so we thought. Because soon after, the rumour mills started buzzing with news that the two were allegedly dating. The two even did a movie together (Love Aaj Kal) which bombed massively.

Now, it appears that the alleged former lovers have unfollowed each other on Instagram.

Earlier this year, Khan told Pinkvilla that she wasn’t dating Aaryan but even this answer didn’t stop the rumour mills from buzzing.

Khan will be seen next in David Dhawan’s Coolie No 1 alongside Varun Dhawan. Aaryan will be seen next in Anees Bazmee’s Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, Collin D’Cunha’s Dostana 2, and an action film with Om Raut.
