The promotion for Bell Bottom has started in full swing. One such promotion is a behind-the-scenes video that Akshay Kumar posted on his social media.

In the video, Kumar tells the audience of the time when he trained harder than the rest of the people on set to impress his wife, Twinkle Khanna, who was visiting him on set.

“My wife happened to be visiting on the set when we shot this sequence in the jungle. So, I had to pull up all my tricks out of the bag cause even after 20 years I still can’t help but want to impress her. I had to do the most chin-ups because there were other boys” he said in the video, mentioning he could beat the rest. “Luckily, my wife notices everything so it is never in vain.”

“I am impressed. Now will you stop these stunts?” she wrote in the comments under the video.

Khanna made it clear, again, that more than impress, these stunts terrify her.

“Haha! On the contrary, I am terrified when he leaps off buildings and planes. The fact that he is still in one piece impresses me more than all his stunts. Bell Bottom, based on a true story, is one in which Akshay Kumar’s character is assigned the mission of rescuing 210 hostages from a hijacked Indian plane. Akshay Kumar will grace the titular role, as an undercover RAW agent. Actress Vaani Kapoor plays the role of his wife while the film also stars Huma Qureshi. Lara Dutta recently left the internet in a frenzy with her transformation into then prime minister Indira Gandhi.

The two have been married since 2001 and are parents to two children, Aarav Kumar and Nitara Kumar. The couple recently celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary.
