Rani Mukerji’s Hichki is releasing this week where she plays a teacher with Tourette syndrome. While we are excited about the film, we can’t help but wonder about a situation where we had a teacher like Rani in our school. That in turn, makes us wonder about a situation where we had a bunch of Bollywood teachers because well, our favourite activity is wishful thinking. 

So without further ado, let’s look at the teachers we wish we had in school.

With a teacher as hot as her, we would be glad to complete all our homework on time. 

Aishwarya Rai (Shabd)

Wouldn’t you have 100% attendance if Aishwarya Rai was your class teacher? We’re talking only about boys here. 

Nandita Das (Rockford)

Even though she did not play a grand role in the movie, she left an impact. We would love to have a teacher as intellectually refined as her. 

Chitrangada Singh (Desi Boyz)

The way she makes Akshay dance to her tunes in this scene, we can’t help but wish for a private tutor like her.  

Shah Rukh Khan (Mohabbatein)

A lot of teachers taught us to blindly chase marks, but there is SRK who would ask us to chase our dreams. 

Aamir Khan (Taare Zameen Par)

We weren’t good in all subjects, and for those tough chapters (Mathematics for me), Aamir Khan would make the perfect fit. 

Amitabh Bachchan (Black)

God knows, if we had a teacher as dedicated as Amitabh Bachchan is in Black, we would have scored great marks in all subjects.
