The Office
The Office is a mockumentary that focuses on a paper manufacturing company and how the team works together. The company is named Wilkins Chawla in the Hindi version of the show and the beloved character of David Brent is essayed by Mukul Chaddha. His character, Jagdeep Chaddha, is an overenthusiastic boss, who goes to extreme lengths to encourage his staff. The show is adapted from The Office (UK and USA) and is streaming on Disney+ Hotstar.
Out Of Love
Out of Love revolves around the story of a doctor who suspects that her husband is having an affair. On being pursued, she digs deep, not only to find about his affair with a younger woman, but many other dark lies that she has been fed by her husband. Rasika Duggal and Purab Kohli’s chemistry in the show is impressive. The show is an adaptation of Doctor Foster (Britain) and is streaming on Disney+ Hotstar.
Criminal Justice
Starring Vikrant Massey and Pankaj Tripathi, Criminal Justice is a story of a cab driver who gets life imprisonment for a murder which he did not commit. The lawyer is, however, determined to prove that Massey’s character is innocent, and he sets out on a journey to find out the truth. The show is adapted from Criminal Justice (Britain) and is streaming on Disney+ Hotstar.
Arya
The show marked Sushmita Sen’s web debut, and people loved her acting in the show. The show revolves around a mother and a wife turned drug dealer. Sushmita is seen in a badass avatar in the show which was a treat for her fans. The show is adapted from Penoza (The Netherlands) and is streaming on Disney+ Hotstar.
Hostages
A reputed surgeon is directed by a group of criminals to fail at performing surgery on the state’s chief minister, and let the politician die at her hands. The criminals keep her family members as hostages as leverage to make sure that the surgeon does what she is asked to do. The show stars Tisca Chopra and Ronit Roy in key roles. The Indian web show is adapted from Hostages (Israel) and is streaming on Disney+ Hotstar.
