Masterchef Australia contestant Sarah Todd’s Goa restaurant, Antares, has just opened in Vagator, and its Instagram-worthy interiors and food have already put it on the must-visit list of visitors to the beach destination.
We got Todd to share what she would whip up as part of a three-course meal to entice her man, and had great fun shooting her in the act. Here’s what she whipped up:

“For me, it’s all about making the meal an interactive one. I like the idea of a shared, casual platter for a fun night in. So the ultimate date dinner for me would start off with a beautiful cheese and meat platter that has chutneys, crackers and dips.

My main dish would be a snapper ceviche served with crisps. It’s a night in, so you don’t want a very heavy meal.

For dessert, I would definitely serve my famous iced nougat with pistachio and cranberry, because it’s a very romantic dish. It’s topped with rose petals, pomegranate. Of course, there’d be plenty of Australian wine to go with it.”
