Tip for a great summer cocktail:
When you are making a summer cocktail, the colder the better. The temperature makes the whole difference. Chilling even the glass ware prior to serving the drink would be a huge plus. This helps in retaining the cocktail temperature till your last sip.
Using Mint in Cocktails:
When ever you are using mint in cocktails , never muddle it. A gentle tap on fresh leaves would release the desired flavours which are required for cocktails. Muddling will make the mint go black and makes the drink unappealing.
Cracked ice in summer cocktails are the way to go. Using cracked ice in drinks keep the cocktail chilled as it packs up the glass compared to cube ice
The citrus and tart content of Lime, lemon and indian limes may vary. Its imperative to check on balance so that you have a nice balanced drink
