Tucked away in BKC and now also in Powai, Taftoon is loved by people for its diverse regional menu. They have launched a Bengali Food Festival and have very limited seats for the same. Expect delicacies like daab chingri (​​prawns cooked with onion paste, ghee, and coconut flesh), maccher kaliya (fish cooked in a spicy curry), dom potoler dolma (stuffed pointed gourd and potatoes), and bhapa maach ( fish wrapped in banana leaf and steamed) on the menu.
