THE FLAVOR POD
Ingredients:
A fine 12 year old
Cardamon syrup
Lemon juice
Orange reduction
Egg white
Garnish with dehydrated orange and cardamom pods
MIGHTY GINGER
Ingredients:
Whisky
Ginger jaggery syrup
Lime juice
Egg white
Garnish with crushed ginger cookies
GOLDEN BLUSH
Ingredients:
Whisky
Fresh lime juice
Chocolate syrup
Cinnamon syrup
White of one egg (optional)
Red wine
Garnish with a float of red wine
