Simple cocktail recipes that needs a little bit of shaking and stirring

Winter is here, and so is the party season. No party is complete without you showing off your bartending skills, and here are few cocktail recipes using Jim Beam as a base. Right since its inception in 1795, Jim Beam has produced its bourbon exactly the same way, though it was given the name in 1933 after Colonel James B. Beam, who rebuilt the business following Prohibition.

 

You could throw these facts around while you shake up these cocktails up and be the star of the party!

 

Christmas Cheer

 

Jim Beam: 60 ML

 

Apple Juice: 60 ML

 

Cinnamon Stick: 1

 

Lime Wedge: 1

 

Method: In a shaker glass filled with ice, pour the above ingredients and squeeze the lime. Shake well and strain into a stem glass. Garnish with a few apple slices and the cinnamon stick.

 


 

Santa’s Tipple

 

Jim Beam: 60 ML

 

Raspberry Puree: 15 ML

 

Fresh Lime Juice: 10 ML

 

Egg White: 1

 

Strawberry cream to top

 

Method: In a shaker glass filled with ice pour the above ingredients and shake well. Strain into a stem glass and layer with strawberry cream.

 


 

Kentucky Spice

 

Jim Beam: 60 ML

 

Mint Syrup: 10 ML

 

Tabasco Sauce: 3 dashes

 

Ginger Ale: 90 ML

 

Lime Wedge: 1

 

Method: In a tall glass filled with ice, measure the Jim Beam, mint syrup, tabasco and ginger ale. Squeeze the lime and stir. Garnish with an orange peel and serve.

 


 

JNT

 

Jim Beam: 60 ML

 

Earl Grey Tea: 60 ML

 

Honey: 5 ML

 

Ginger Juliennes: 6

 

Method:  Infuse Earl Grey tea and allow it to cool. In a tall glass, drop the ginger juliennes and muddle to release flavors. Add the honey and Jim Beam and stir. Fill with ice and top with the tea. Garnish with an orange wedge and serve.
