Hennessy Old Fashioned:
Ingredients:
-Hennessy Very Special : 60ml
-Brown Sugar Cube
-Angostura Bitters: 4 dashes
-Ice
-Orange Peel
-Cinnamon Stick
Add the sugar cube in the glass and add 4 dashes of bitters. Break sugar cube gently with a muddler or bar spoon. Now add 30ml of Hennessy Very Special and stir. Add ice and stir well. Once the ice settles, add the remaining 30ml of Hennessy Very Special and add more ice and stir again. For garnish, squeeze the orange peel and add to the drink and add the cinnamon stick as well.
Please note – that a well-made old fashioned will require at least one minute of stirring to attain right dilution.
HENNESSY-TO:
Ingredients:
-Hennessy Very Special: 60ml
-Fresh mint leaves: 6-8nos
-Lime wedges: 4nos
-Tender coconut water 30ml
-Angostura bitters: 3-4drops
-Ginger ale: 30ml
-Sugar syrup: 15ml
-Crushed ice
Built. Add mint, squeeze lime, add bitters & sugar syrup. Add Hennessy & crushed ice. Mix. Top up with coconut water & ginger ale. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig.
HENNESSY GINGER MULE:
Ingredients:
-Hennessy Very Special: 50ml
-Fresh lime juice: 20ml
-Ginger beer/ginger ale: 100ml
Pour Hennessy Very Special and lime juice into a copper mule mug. Add ice cubes and top up with ginger beer/ginger ale. Stir with bar spoon. Garnish and serve.
HENNESSY SOUR:
Ingredients:
-Hennessy Very Special: 60ml
-Fresh lemon juice: 25mk
-Simple syrup: 25ml
-Egg white: 7ml
-Orange peel
-Maraschino cherry (for garnish – optional)
Pour ingredients into a shaker and dry shake (no ice) vigorously to get white foam. Add ice and shake well, then pour into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with an orange peel and/or a maraschino cherry
HENNESSY ICED TEA:
Ingredients:
-Hennessy Very Special: 50ml
-Cherry Syrup: 25ml
-Cinnamon Syrup: 5ml
-Lemon Juice:: 20ml
-Cold Brewed Tea Decoction: 90ml
Build drink in a tall glass over ice. Garnish with slices of pear (fan), cinnamon stick and maraschino cherry. To prepare the cold tea brew: soak 21 Assam tea bags in 3lts of room temperature water and let it infuse overnight. Strain the next morning and refrigerate.
