Audi India has just come up with a rather clever and economical way to launch a car – by sharing a short introductory video of the car on Whatsapp and Youtube. The car itself is mechanically unchanged, but receives a visual upgrade, now sporting all the trademarks of the latest generation of Audis.
The most noticeable visual upgrade is the presence of its ‘Matrix-LED’ headlamp units. Along with this, the car also gets dynamic turn indicators, a revised bumper, and LED strewn tail-lights.
While the interiors are largely unchanged the car gets a few impressive upgrades in the infotainment unit, now equipped with a ‘handwriting recognition’ feature, voice activation and remote control for the rear. It also gets multi-zone climate control and new passenger front-seats. The car retails at Rs 49.5 lakh (Ex-Delhi) and will only be available in the S-line trim.
