It’s widely known that the Ambanis are second to none when it comes to throwing up opulent celebratory bashes. And well, it’s going to be no different in the case of Mukesh Ambani’s youngest son Anant and his fiancé Radhika Merchant’s upcoming pre-wedding festivities. The events are scheduled to take place over the course of three days starting March 1, 2024, at Anant’s parental residence—on the premises of an oil refinery—in Gujarat’s Jamnagar.

Since Anant harbours an innate love for wildlife, special provisions have been made for guests to experience nature’s marvel through an initiative that Anant holds close to his heart— Vantara, an animal conservation programme that was launched on February 26, 2024.

The VVIP guest list reportedly features 1000 celebrated names from the world over, which includes the likes of Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg, Ivanka Trump, Sundar Pichai and Hillary Clinton. Some of Bollywood’s biggest superstars i.e. Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, and Alia Bhatt are expected to grace the event, including popular Gen Z actors like Janhvi Kapoor who was recently papped on her way to Jamnagar on Tuesday. Credible sources have cited that Bhutan’s Royal Family will be in attendance.

While Isha Ambani’s wedding in 2018 saw Beyonce take over the stage, it’s going to be RiRi who will be doing the honours at Anant and Radhika’s pre-wedding festivities. Punjabi musician Diljit Dosanjh has also been roped in to perform live at the widely-anticipated do.
The couple will tie the knot on July 12, 2024.
