For people who don’t drink water at all can start with drinking 2 litres every day and eventually take it up to 5 to 8 litres per day. You should have a variety of options for your breakfast and eat the least at dinner. Another thing to keep in mind is to have breakfast within an hour of waking up. The ideal time to have breakfast is between 7 to 9 AM.

We all enjoy an occasional glass of wine or catching up with friends over a beer, but sometimes, we tend to go overboard. It’s a known fact that alcohol is not good for your health for different reasons but it is also not good for your weight. Too much alcohol can leave you feeling bloated and unhealthy. We’re all aware of the term ‘beer belly’, and nobody wants to have that. So next time, instead of glugging four bottles of beer, maybe take it down a notch and keep it to a maximum of two.
