If Sunny Leone tells you how to stay fit, you’ll listen. We are extremely excited about her upcoming show Fit-Stop, which will start airing on MTV Beats in November. For herself, the actress swears by cardio (and yoga) and even on a busy day, she manages to spend some time on the stationary bike.

“In my case, my focus is more on burning calories. I aim to burn 500 to 600 calories in every session and so I depend on cardio and free weight exercises. I also do a lot of boxing to help my arms and upper body become stronger. As for my lower body, I concentrate more on cycling as it strengthens my lower back, thighs and hamstrings. The advantage of exercising on a stationary bike is that it helps keep the abs in shape,” she said in an interview with a health and fitness website.
As you can see in the above video, Sunny Leone also practices a lot of boxing. “One of the areas in my body that I hate the most are my arms,” she says in this interview with MTunes HD.
She already has a fitness DVD called Super Hot Sunny Mornings, and we’ll list a few videos from that for you.
Along with all of this exercise, Sunny realizes the importance of diet when it comes to staying in shape. She makes sure that she doesn’t eat too much salt to prevent the problem of water retention.
For breakfast, she has coffee combined with eggs and toast. And eats chicken salad and veggies for lunch and dinner. In between, she might have some fruits like apples. “I have a cook in India who makes amazing healthy meals for me. He comes in the morning and makes me food for the day. I give him recipes that I find interesting and healthy and he makes it. Since I have found a cook here in Mumbai, it’s made dieting a lot easier. When I’m traveling, I try really hard to eat as good as possible,” she said in an interview with Hindustan Times.
She also indulges in cheat meals at times, and loves doughnuts.
