Be it skincare, haircare or a collaborative clothing line, audiences are always interested in anything backed by a celeb. Earlier this year, Hailey Bieber started off with her skincare brand, Rhode and Kim Kardashian’s Skims had a collaborative collection with Fendi, while Jennifer Aniston launched her own haircare line. The examples are aplenty.
Now, Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas have invested in a fashion company, a luxury ski brand called, Perfect Moment, making it the first time that the couple has entered into a business partnership together.
Having donned the brand on multiple occasions, the duo fits perfectly into their aesthetic and ethos and will be seen in the soon-to-follow advertising campaigns and capsule collections. Perfect Moment has planned to expand its global footprint to enter new markets in Asia and the Middle East, and continues to grow in its biggest markets, including Europe and the United States.
Founded in 1984 by the professional skier and filmmaker, Thierry Donard, Perfect Moment is a luxury European skiwear brand that is known for designing technical yet functional garments such as ski jackets, pants and snow jackets. It has been expanding through online platforms and by selling with distributors such as Net-a-Porter, Farfetch, and Bloomingdale’s. Recently, they have also ventured into surfing gear.
Over the years, the couple has invested in several companies. Jonas invested in the food-ordering service, Snackpass and the AI platform, Nurosene Health. Whereas, in 2020, Chopra co-founded an Indian restaurant, Sona with Chef Hari Nayak at the helm of the kitchen. Last month, she ventured into homeware with, Sona Home, which she launched alongside her business partner, Maneesh Goyal.
