On September 24th, Gucci showcased its Spring Summer 2019 Show at the Théâtre Le Palace in Paris, making it the first fashion house to host a runway show in this historic location. This show was the last leg of a three-part homage to France, which began this past January with the Pre-Fall 2018 Advertising Campaign, recalling the 1968student protests in Paris and thereafter moved to Arles for the Cruise 2019 fashion show. The Théâtre Le Palace resonated with the vision of the House – a subliminal club at the centre of the music scene in the 70s and 80s, continuing to inspire young generations today. Here are all the noteworthy menswear pieces that strutted down the runway.
