Reebok started 2020 off with the release of the Zig Kinetica, a shoe with a bold design, striking colours and feather comfort. And now, the footwear brand is back with three, brand-new colourways, courtesy of their latest collaboration with Chromat.

This collab comes straight from the New York Fashion Week runway to you. Designer label Chromat drew inspiration from natural elements such as the deep sea and space, which the bold colours are symbolic of.

While the striking colours are reason enough to cop a pair, the Zig Kinetica’s technology is unmatched in its own ways. Reebok’s ZigTech technology was first introduced in the ZigPulse from 2010 and it has been the hallmark of cutting edge technology and futuristic design. For 2020, Reebok is offering the Zig Kinetica, which contains the performance of the ZigTech while boasting a new design that is modern and versatile. It is built around a distinct zigzag-shaped, energy-return sole that channels and returns kinetic energy. Basically, incorporating the phrase ‘the more you give, the more you get’ in the most literal way.
