Unsurprisingly, patrons can expect an elevated gastronomical experience at LVMH’s iconic White 1921 hotel on the French Riviera. As part of the fashion house’s collaboration with Michelin-star chef Arnaud Donckele, the pristine blue-and-white café has rolled out a Mediterranean feast just in time for summer.
Dockele will be working closely with pastry chef Maxime Frédéri to rustle up signature French specialties like orange blossom brioche, a sculptural ‘Dolce Vita’ cup that combines the flavours of three ice creams besides an array of decadent desserts. The dinner course features an innovative take on regional delicacies like sushi rolls, sea bream ceviche, truffle zitone pasta, and meaty offerings, made using the freshest of in-season local produce.
Away from the bustle of city life, the Saint Tropez café bears a laid-back vibe—replete with wicker chairs, comfy cushions, and hanging lanterns—with its décor inspired by LV’s “By The Pool” resort wear. Launched in 2020, the postcard-worthy White 1921 hotel is LVMH’s only standalone eatery in the world. If you intend on making a trip to the south of France anytime soon (or have it placed on your vision board like some of us), we’d recommend bookmarking this page and adding this idyllic café to your bucket list.
