Kid Cudi is celebrating the release of his new, solo single by giving his fans a special t-shirt designed by Virgil Abloh.
Cudi dropped his first single Leader of the Delinquents last month. The track is from Cudi’s upcoming album, Entergalactic and marked his first single since December 2016. To make it even more special, the rapper has roped in longtime friend, Off-White creator and artistic director of Louis Vuitton’s menswear, Virgil Abloh, to design the limited edition t-shirt.
The front of the shirt features a sketch of Cudi controlling a smaller Cudi by strings. The sketch, by Abloh, references a legendary Cudi moment from 2012 when the rapper expressed his discomfort with TMZ. At the back, the title of the song is written by Abloh, with a font that is inspired by the late Jean-Michel Basquiat.
Abloh took to Instagram to share his excitement for the collaboration and expressed his admiration for Cudi.

The collaboration, called “Kid Cudi c/o Virgil Abloh,” also includes a 7″ “Leader Of The Delinquents” vinyl, a 12″ picture disc, a cassette and the “Pulling Strings” tee. All merchandise features the same image of a larger Cudi controlling a miniature Cudi.
