Dior is the latest brand to join the group of labels helping to fight the coronavirus pandemic. The French fashion house announced on Instagram that they have reopened a Baby Dior workshop factory in Redon to produce masks with volunteer staff.
The specific workshop in the Brittany region of France which usually makes high-end baby clothes, will begin to produce face masks for workers in supermarkets and other sectors still operating during the coronavirus outbreak.
Due to increasing cases of the virus in France, the French government has called on fashion and textile companies for assistance producing masks and turned to industries for help in making hydroalcoholic sanitizer.
