Yazu Mumbai: Pan-Asian Supper Club has launched two sauces for retail. Their Sichuan and Burnt Chilli Oil can both be purchased to up your home-cooked meals. The Sichuan actually makes for a great accompaniment to omelette sandwiches, in my opinion, and you can probably toss your Saturday noodles in the flavourful burnt chilli oil.

Big Fat Essentials
Big Fat Essentials really has all the essentials, if you’re in Delhi-NCR. From gourmet dips, savoury jams, to sriracha hot mayo, to the most basic pesto, their collection of sauces and spreads is wide, and has something for every meal. From pastas, to a black bean chili burger, here’s where your Sunday brunch taste can come from.

Not Just Hot
Bengaluru-based Not Just Hot, a gourmet brand, does artisanal hot wok sauces, chutneys, and more, all inspired by Asia, Europe, and India. Their menu is vast. From having your dumplings with some Thai-inspired Coriander Root Wok Sauce to enjoying some chilli chicken with the Andhra Chilli sauce, all kinds of meals can be covered. Currently, they deliver only in Bengaluru, but will soon be available across India.

The Saucemiester Co.
A new gourmet sauce start up, The Saucemiester Co. has a curated menu of sauces and dips, and everything is made-to-order, so you need to place your order in advance accordingly. The new menu has some interesting hummus choices, a Tzatziki dip, and a peppy pesto too, which can accompany your Saturday snack.

El Diablo Sauces
Gurugram-based El Diablo does some interesting sauces that go beyond the usual ketchupy vibe. The focus is on preservative-free, flavourful additions to your meals, like a Chilimon sauce to dress your salad with, or Boom — their Bhut Jolokia-based sauce — for the sadists who like it that hot.
