Just a few weeks ago, we saw Pete Davidson following Kim Kardashian to the shower. But looks like the steamy showers couldn’t help save the relationship. It has been reported that long-distance had created a major rift between the lovebirds who eventually decided to call it quits. While the world was processing the end of Pete-Kim, guess who was the happiest person on Earth? As you may have already guessed, well, it was Kanye West!
West made sure to celebrate the breakup with an Instagram post. “Skete Davidson Dead at Age 28,” read the phoney New York Times headline that he shared on his social media. Killing two birds with one stone, West also aimed at Kid Cudi. The headline further read, “Kid Cudi meant to play funeral but fearful of bottle throwers.” Ye and Cudi had a falling out after he continued to support Davidson while he was dating Kardashian.
As the world witnesses the drama, the question arises of whether West’s reaction is even justifiable anymore. Is it just mere trolling or can this be counted as harassment? There have been many instances where he has called the SNL star out and gotten away with it. From song lyrics to public tweets, Ye never minced his words and has often taken it too far than he should.
Let’s take a look at a few instances. It all started after Kardashian and Davidson started dating in November 2021. Ye shared an unreleased song snippet, saying, “God saved me from the crash / Just so I can beat Pete Davidson’s ass.” He then claimed that he was barred from seeing his kids at Kardashian’s home because Davidson was around. Davidson reportedly hired more security for himself after this incident.
In February 2022, he once again took a dig at the SNL star. He shared an edited version of Captain America: Civil War poster featuring himself, Drake, Megan Fox, Travis Scott, and Future fighting against Davidson, Kardashian, Cudi, Billie Eilish, and Taylor Swift. “THE INTERNET HAS STILL NOT FOUND A DECENT PICTURE OF SKETE,” read the caption.
West then once expressed concern that he was going to get Kardashian “hooked on drugs.” West even said that Davidson has AIDS. And while the comedian seldom reacted to these jibes, we cannot help but factor in how Davidson has struggled with borderline personality disorder (BPD) for a while now. As someone who has battled mental health challenges and unexplained symptoms, it only makes one wonder how Ye’s derogatory claims affect him.

Well, dating or not, Kardashian has always come to Davidson’s rescue. She has often slammed her ex-husband for targeting her former boyfriend. Even after Ye posted the Instagram post, a source close to the situation told E! News, “Kim is upset. She is not okay with this type of behavior and won’t tolerate her loved ones being treated like this.” Kardashian even took efforts to have Kanye West’s Instagram post removed.
