Lizzo was feeling a little bit crazy, and she decided to slide into Chris Evans’ DMs and express her fascination for the Marvel star. The singer drunk DMed him a series of emojis that suggested she was ‘shooting her shot’ and posted a video about the same on TikTok. She captioned her video saying, “Don’t drunk and DM, kids…. for legal porpoises this is a joke.” She had sent Evans a dashing away, a woman playing handball and a basketball emoji.

Lizzo also quipped, “The reason I’m upset about this one is that I know I’m not gonna be able to marry him and honestly, it hurts me to the core. Because damn papa, he a rare breed, no comparing. Like, Chris…” While she was not expecting the Avenger: Endgame star to respond, he made sure he dropped a hilarious message for the 32-year-old singer. He replied to her DM saying, “No shame in a drunk DM.” He added a kiss emoji before saying, “God knows I’ve done worse on this app lol,” attaching a man holding his palm to his face emoji at the end of the message.

Interestingly, both Lizzo and Evans are currently single. Lizzo was photographed with a mystery man back in March and sparked dating rumours, but she shut those down by revealing she is single. Evans was last linked to Lily James. However, the actress is now rumoured to be dating Michael Shuman. Evans had opened up about his relationship earlier and told ELLE that he has never had a bad breakup.

When asked about how he manages when he runs into one of his exes, he said, “It’s very rare. But I’ve had no bad breakups in my life. Typically, if I see an ex, I give a big hug, and it’s wonderful to catch up. If you’re ever fortunate enough to love someone and have them love you back, it’s worth protecting that. It’s rare that someone can truly know you. And if you’ve broken through that kind of wall, I think it’s important to value that.”
