The film, 365 Days , which got popular as the “the Polish ‘Fifty Shades of Grey,” is getting a sequel. Netflix greenlit the project back in May 2021, and finally, almost after a year-long wait, the streaming platform has unveiled its trailer. Titled 365 Days: This Day, the film will see its prime characters – Massimo and Laura – indulge in so hot sex and a lot more drama.
While the trailer gives us only a glimpse of what’s to come, fans will quickly get the idea that the story of 365 Days gets darker. Here is all we know about the film so far.
Cast
Anna-Maria Sieklucka returns as the fierce Laura, only this time her character gets bolder. Michele Morrone makes Massimo look hotter in the sequel. The two will be joined by some old and new cast including names like Italian actor Simone Susinna, Magdalena Lamparska, Otar Saralidze and other supporting casts.
Plot
Serving as a sequel, the film is based on This Day, the second novel of a trilogy, penned by Blanka Lipińska. The synopsis of the film reads, “Laura and Massimo are back and hotter than ever. But the reunited couple’s new beginning is complicated by Massimo’s family ties and a mysterious man who enters Laura’s life to win her heart and trust, at any cost.”
Release Date
The film is set for release on Netflix on April 27th, 2022, in Poland and in the United States. The Polish-American erotic romantic drama film is directed by Barbara Białowąs and Tomasz Mandes.
