The latest and last season of the popular Netflix show, Money Heist, is set to premiere on September 3.

The show has an eager fan base. Verve Logic, an IT firm based in Jaipur understands that and to save itself from “an attack on our emails with false leaves, see mass bunks and numbers being switched off,” has announced a holiday.

The notification said, “The management has decided to declare a “Netflix and Chill holiday” on September 3, 2021, on the release of Money Heist 5.”

The letter signed by CEO Abhishek Jain added, “So grab the popcorn, and be prepared to wave a final bye to our most loved professor and the entire cast. With this, Verve Logic would like to thank all its members who have shown an amazing spirit during work from home and helped us come out from hard times beautifully. We know after all, “Ek Break Toh Banta Hai”.”

Mr Jain signed off the note with “Bella Ciao, Bella Ciao,” in reference to the show’s title track, making it obvious that he is also a true fan.

The letter and the conjoined timetable for the day had started to do the rounds on the internet but netizens were unable to trust the authenticity of origin.

However, Verve Logic confirmed via Twitter that, in fact, the holiday is real before asking Netflix to not end the show.

Netflix India also lauded the move since it would save many the “bank work” excuse.

“We had our “bank work” excuse ready for our boss but this is fantastic!” said the streaming service in a response to the original post made by the IT firm.
