These high-profile fugitives, each with a bounty over ₹10 lakh, operate across borders and networks, orchestrating some of the country’s most nefarious acts. Though list delves into the backgrounds of nine of India’s most wanted, highlighting their roles in activities ranging from large-scale terror plots and armed insurgencies to narcotics trafficking and extortion.

 

Anmol Bishnoi
