There isn’t a show as high on gossip and wit as Koffee With Karan. Already in its fifth season, the show has featured a wide range of duos discussing everything from their relationships to what they think about their colleagues in the film industry. We thought it’d be interesting to list some duos who haven’t already appeared on the show together, but would make great viewing if they do.
Star World, please take note.
Rishi Kapoor and Ranbir Kapoor
Ranbir Kapoor’s recent run at the box-office has been way below expectations, and we’d like to know what his father Rishi has to say to him about handling the fall. It’ll also be interesting to see how Ranbir reacts to questions about his break-up with Deepika Padukone and Katrina Kaif in front of his Daddy Dear.
Kangana Ranaut and Shah Rukh Khan
Kangana Ranaut is known for speaking her mind, and we’d like to see what kind of chemistry she shares with the undisputed King Of Bollywood, Shah Rukh Khan. We really enjoyed watching SRK with Alia, and we’re sure both of them will really kill it in the rapid fire round.
Salman Khan and Abhishek Bachchan
The one thing we’ll wait for while watching this episode is how the duo manage to clear the air about Salman’s history with Aishwarya Rai, who is now Abhishek’s wife. We don’t know if there’ll be cold vibes shared or both of them let bygones be bygones.
Aditya Chopra and Rani Mukherjee
Aditya Chopra is known for being reclusive, and despite being one of the biggest names in the film industry, he hasn’t appeared in a single KWK episode. It’ll be interesting to see how he ranks his peers. Wifey Rani Mukherjee will make solid company as well, since we don’t really know all about their love story.
Ram Gopal Verma and Amitabh Bachchan
Ram Gopal Verma may have his share of detractors and critics, but Amitabh Bachchan isn’t one of them. 2017 will see them join hands for Sarkar 3, and if Verma is to be believed, it won’t tank like some of his other films (Rann, Nishabd, RGV ki Aag, etc.) with the 74-year-old actor.
