Mysteries of the Terracotta Warriors

What new secrets can be unearthed from the Terracotta Warriors (a 8,000-strong army of pottery soldiers created to guard the mausoleum of China’s first Emperor) archaeological site 50 years after its discovery? The documentary prods Emperor Qin Shi Huang’s extraordinary tomb to reveal the buried truths.

Chandu Champion

The inspiring biographical sports drama, based on the life and achievements of India's first Paralympics gold medallist Murlikant Petkar, is written and directed by Kabir Khan and stars Kartik Aaryan in the lead role. Kartik Aryan has just debuted a ripped body for the same wowing his fans, now it is up to his acting chops to make this his career-best performance.

Based on true events—the Maharaj Libel Case of 1862 between Jadunathji Brijratanji Maharaj, a religious leader, and journalist Karsandas Mulji—Maharaj’s tagline explains the movie as: “The fight for the truth between a powerful man and a fearless journalist”. It is Aamir Khan’s son Junaid Khan’s debut film and he will be seen essaying the role of Mulji, the journalist, and social reformer who was at the forefront advocating the rights of women. The movie also stars Jaideep Ahlawat.

Starring Sunny Singh, Avneet Kaur, Annu Kapoor, Supriya Pathak and Rajpal Yadav, the Zee original romantic-drama is about a small-town boy’s love story that is also in turn a fresh take on the traditional arranged marriages.  


House of the Dragon Season 2

Based on George R R Martin’s Fire & Blood, House of the Dragon is the story of House Targaryen that takes place two centuries before Game of Thrones. The second season starts with a question over Daemon’s (Matt Smith) future who had in the last season married his niece, Rhaenyra (Emma D’Arcy) in an attempt to help her secure her claim to the Iron Throne.

Federer: Twelve Final Days

Helmed by Oscar-winning director Asif Kapadia and director Joe Sabia, the documentary follows the final 12 days of Roger Federer’s illustrious career. Made from what was meant to be a home video for personal viewing, it captures Federer at his most vulnerable as he says goodbye to the game that shaped him and a game he shaped. The documentary contains interview of Rafael Nadal, Novak Djokivic, and Andy Murray as well.
