Warner Bros re-released Christopher Nolan’s “Inception” for its 10th year anniversary. According to numbers released by Comscore, the film has topped the U.K. and Ireland box office with £207,675 ($273,733).
It was released in the middle of the week on August 12 at 313 sites, ahead of Nolan’s highly anticipated “Tenet”, which will be released on August 26. It will be released at more than 300 locations.
Russell Crow’s “Unhinged” by Altitude Film Distribution, collected £136,347 ($179,695) from 282 locations in its third week. The total comes to £675,916 ($890,000) so far. Whereas, Matteo Garrone’s “Pinocchio,” starring Roberto Benigni, distributed by Vertigo U.K. debuted in third position with £108,626 ($143,165) from 272 sites.
